Privacy Policy
Graphlings is a free game about crystal creatures with their own small minds, made by Valpatel Software LLC (“we”). This policy explains what happens to information when you visit graphlings.net. We wrote it in plain language because many of our visitors are families.
The short version
- The website has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
- We do not set cookies.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information.
- The interactive creature scene saves its progress only in your own browser, on your own device.
Information stored on your device
The playable demo on the homepage remembers your settings (for example sound volume) and the state of your creatures using your browser's local storage and IndexedDB. This data stays on your device. It is never sent to us. You can erase it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Information our hosting provider processes
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Like every web host, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.
Links to other sites
The site links to our community pages (such as Discord, YouTube and Instagram) and to companion web games. Those services have their own privacy policies; this policy does not cover them. Children should ask a parent or guardian before following a link to a social network.
Children
Graphlings is made with children in mind. Because the website collects no personal information from any visitor, it collects none from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through any channel, contact us and we will delete it.
The Graphlings game apps
This policy covers the website. Before any Graphlings app is offered in an app store or beta program, this page will be updated to describe exactly what that app does with data — including the on-device creature AI and any optional online features — and the “Last updated” date above will change.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
